Delivery Policy
Delivery Method Within UK All orders up to £28 in value are shipped by Royal Mail First Class post. Delivery is normally within 3 working days.
Orders over £28 in value will be shipped by Royal Mail Premium Service, Special Delivery, offering a guaranteed next day delivery service.
We will do our best to arrange delivery within the times specified above. However we cannot guarantee delivery by these times. Our liability of any kind for late delivery or failure to deliver is limited to the price payable for the goods.
We use the Royal Mail because of their unique knowledge of door-to-door delivery.
Delivery Cost Within UK For all orders of £40 +, delivery is Free of Charge!!!
For all other orders, a small charge of £2.75 will be made to your order.
International Delivery All orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Airmail. Within Europe the shipping charge will be £5 for up to 2 items and £3.00 for every addition item thereafter.
For the rest of the world the shipping charge will be £7 for up to 2 items and £3.00 for every addition item thereafter.
Providing items are in stock and payment confirmed all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Please note all prices are shown in UK Pound Sterling. Returns & Faulty Items If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please email us immediately or phone 0208 275 8880. within 3 working days of receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by first class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further postage charge.
Cancellation of Orders Orders are normally dispatched to you within 2 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email. at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm When you receive your order, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by email or phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
